2010 Non-Winged Sprints Rules
Tires: Any brand or make of tire permitted until August 1st, 2009. On August 1st, 2009 all sprints will be required to run a Hoosier DT-3 or a American Racer MC-3. American Racer will provide 1 tire to give away each night of racing excluding a few shows where a tire rule is imposed. American Racer will also give money to year end points fund.
All drivers must wear flame retardent racesuit, gloves, headsocks,shoes,SNEL approved helmet. 5 point safety restraint required. Arm restraint required.
No sail panels on any part of car. Body's must be typical sprint car bodys and will be check by officials.
Note: USAC requires head and neck restraint device for 2009
Age restriction: Drivers must be at least 13 years of age to race
